The tour could last about 6 hours for route 2. The Diamond Era 5-Star cruise has a capacity for 130 passengers, with 2 big restaurants, on the 1st upper deck. This product has a "Sunset party", Sunsetbathing, and a Jacuzzi pool.
Upon pickup, you will be transported by a Limousine bus 2 ways by expressway. The delicious & variety of buffet lunch with vegetarian options, seafood, and Vietnamese cuisine, and all entrance fees included on the package: Caves, Titop island, Kayaking, Activities, and our enthusiastic tour guide during your trip.

7:45-8:20 Hotel pick up ( Hotels are located in Hanoi Old Quarter) Our English-speaking tour guide will pick guests up from other hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter The estimated pick up time will be informed to the customers before departure date via WhatsApp number. If outside Old quarter, meeting point Hanoi Opera House at 8:20am

10:30 – Short Lavatory Break Quick rest stop halfway to stretch your legs or take a quick snack in case you missed the breakfast. You will have 15 minutes for toilet and rest.

5.00This tour was very well-organized and my entire family of 4 enjoyed the day exploring Ha Long Bay. The transportation from Hanoi to the ferry was very comfortable and made the 3-hour journey much more pleasant! The ferry was also very comfortable and stable on the water. The buffet lunch was good and the bathrooms on the ferry were kept clean throughout our trip. Our guide, Tom was excellent - he spoke good English and provided clear explanations/descriptions of the various sights we saw on the trip. My elderly parents particularly appreciated the patience and kindness shown by Tom. They had done a similar day trip just a year ago and commented that this trip was very much better than the previous one (everything from the amenities on the ferry to our solid guide, Tom). We highly recommend this trip - 5 stars all round!

5.00Tom (Thang) was an excellent tour guide! We had such a great experience from start to finish. We were picked up by bus at the hotel in the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The bus seats were very nice and reclined, and had USB type charging. Then we had a rest stop where the bathrooms were clean. The ship buffet was AMAZING with seafood and vegetarian options. Service was great, bathrooms were clean. The ship was modern, nice and with wifi. Drinks are available for purchase. No plastic bottles allowed. The stops at Ha Long Bay were very nice. The hike, kayaking (speed boat and banana boat also available) and then the cave were amazing. Shout out to the crew. Tips are accepted!

5.00From the start to finish, diamond era cruise provided excellent service. We had a group of 5 and the driver was on time picking us up from the opera house. The team provided us information the day prior to our cruise on what to expect and how to meet our driver so everything went smoothly. When we got on the cruise, Thang (Tom) was our host and guide throughout the day and he was amazing! He was very knowledgable and professional. We were also served a lunch buffet during the cruise which was pretty good. Thank you to diamond era cruise for making our Ha Long Bay experience a very memorable one!

5.00Our tour guide Tom (Thang) was excellent! He was very responsive, friendly, and provided explanations throughout the trip. He also made great suggestions on tour experiences, including the speed boat ride (which was super fun and highly recommended)! Tom was proactive and helpful in taking pictures for our group. We would definitely join another tour with him again.
