The guide is lovely, but I felt sorry for him. I just wanted to go home by the end. More walking than talking, having to cross the street 40 times, and I was just... bored. I felt so bad for the guide because he clearly loves Boston and its history... but the itinerary of the tour is just not there. Some people died horrible deaths, go figure. It was a waste of time and money, and I feel terrible for that.

Charlie was a good guide with lots of information. He was a bit tough to hear but he said he orders a microphone for future tours.

Tour guide never showed. Viator is denying a refund. We stood at the pick up stop on the phone with viator at the time they said the guide was there, and they are still denying a refund after their “investigation” that they refuse to share details about. Don’t book unless you want to throw away money!

It was interesting. Fun stories. Was pouring rain and freezing so i give the guide a lot of credit for keeping up his enthusiasm.
