We will prepare and cook a menu of Hawaii favorites, giving you a full hands-on local experience. After the class, you'll enjoy your freshly prepared meal at a communal table with other cooking guests and enjoy a glass of wine, beer, or other beverage of choice.

We will prepare and cook your menu and recipes with a full hands-on local experience. Afterwards, you will enjoy your freshly prepared meal at a communal table with your other cooking guests with a complimentary glass of wine, beer or other beverage of choice. Our best-seller, the Hawaii Local Favorites class, includes menu items such as a trio of Island Fresh Poke, North Shore Kahuku Coconut Shrimp, Deluxe Musubis and our chef's famous Butter Mochi! 5.00Linda was so much fun. Our class took place in her professional kitchen in her home which overlooked the Pacific Ocean. She taught us about the local food and culture while we made six delicious recipes. You can tell she loves what she does. I would take another class of hers if we were staying longer in Oahu.

5.00I bought my fiancee this class for his birthday during our trip to Oahu and he said it was his favorite part of the trip! We loved that it was hosted inside of Linda's house and we were able to learn a little of the Hawaiian culture on top of learning how to cook some of Hawaiian's famous dishes! We learned so much from Linda and we're so excited to go home and make all of these dishes in our own kitchen.
