Book the Oahu Shark Dive for a thrilling shark encounter off the North Shore. You’ll travel by boat from Haleiwa Harbor, then view sharks from a secure cage, with clear water offering excellent visibility. No swimming skills are required. Crew members are experienced and focus on guest safety, and you can choose to watch the action from the boat if you prefer to stay dry.

Observers and divers will be on the same boat, as long as they have booked the same time slot.

What To Expect
You’ll snorkel in a secure aluminum cage about three miles off the North Shore, where you can see Galapagos and Sandbar sharks clearly in their natural habitat. The cage floats at the surface, so you don’t need to swim—just hold on to the bars and watch the sharks up close. All snorkel gear is provided, and trained crew members are there to ensure your safety and answer any questions.

5.00So amazing! Up close and personal with the sharks, but still felt very very safe. The crew knew how to bring them in without getting them in to a frenzy like you see on TV. What beautiful graceful animals. And the crew did a great job w my 23 yo son who’s on the autism spectrum. We also went snorkeling, and I was more afraid of getting stung by something snorkeling than I was about the sharks.

5.00Absolutely amazing!! I was beyond nervous for my daughter but I felt way better after seeing how it all works! Tons of sharks and we saw whales! My other daughter and myself stayed on the boat but they included us just as much with facts and “playing with the sharks” with the water bottle. She was just as thrilled! The two crew members were phenomenal! I would most definitely recommend this !! Worth every penny!

5.00I was very nervous as a non-swimmer. The tour was completely safe for me, and I felt very comfortable. The guides were awesome, and it was a truly incredibly amazing experience. The sharks were incredibly beautiful and we really had an amazing experience!

5.00Absolutely loved our experience. The crew were friendly and helpful. The experience in the cage was plenty long (~20 minutes), giving us enough time to enjoy seeing the sharks circle around and under the cage. We saw 2 whales on the ride back to shore, and the boat stopped briefly to let us take pictures.

4.00We had a good experience all around. I made a phone call and left a message before the trip to confirm the pick up location. Someone got back to me fairly quickly. Captain and his assistant were experienced and helpful. This is our third time in the shark cage and the experience is about the same in the water. We paid $75 for the video which I would say is basic video. I would say it’s worth it for the video.
