  This was one of the best guided tours I have experienced. Knowledgeable, fun, thorough. I feel I actually know something about Estonia. I feel a certain level of fitness will enhance the experience. A nice period of free time is included with time for a meal and a little shopping. Ferry was huge and festive.

  I used Zep Travels for a round-trip Helsinki–Tallinn ferry with a private Tallinn Old Town history tour. Booking and communication were easy witb prompt responses, and pickup details were clear. A punctual, courteous driver picked us up from the hotel to the ferry, making the transfer smooth. The Helsinki–Tallinn ferry offered clean onboard spaces, comfortable seating, Wi‑Fi, and cafes, with on-time departures. Our private guide was knowledgeable and engaging, tailoring the experience to focus on medieval landmarks like Town Hall Square, St. Nicholas’ Church, and Toompea Castle, enriched by rich local anecdotes and a comfortable pace with shaded breaks and photo stops. Tallinn Old Town delivered a picturesque skyline, cobblestone streets, city walls, and excellent viewpoints from Toompea, along with delicious local pastries. Overall, the experience was memorable and well organized, combining a smooth ferry ride with a deeply informative private tour, making it an excellent choice for history lovers seeking a hassle-free Baltic short break.

  I recently completed the day trip tour to Tallinn with ZEP TRAVELS, and I was thoroughly impressed. Ashwin, Victor and Jevgenia (guide in Tallinn) were extremely professional and took care of every detail. The itinerary was perfectly planned, including pick-up and drop-off from my hotel, a knowledgeable tour guide Jevgenia, and well-organized activities throughout the day. There was also some time provided near the end of the tour for me to explore Tallinn on my own. Jevgenia provided several recommendations for how to effectively use that time and make most of my brief visit there. Their communication was fast and precise, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free.   Everything happened as planned. The trip was very smooth, the cruise ride offer beautiful view along the baltic sea route. Our guide was also quite knowledgeable. We met her in the port, where a transport took us to the Tallinn centre. The walking tour was approximately 3 hours. All in all- it was a great experience.
