  This got to be the worst lounge at HEL. The only thing going for this is its stylish interior and view at the runway. Other than that, the lounge is a pretty bad experience. The selection of food is extremely limited. Try finding any protein there. What I find is concerning is that they consider minced meat without spices is appropriate food option. On top of that, the minimal selection lacks ANY spices. No sparkling wine is included although you can buy some if you so wish. They seem to only have approx nine cups and glasses. Those are constantly unavailable. It must be a business tactic to lower the consumption of anything. Safe to say, I will never come to this lounge again. For those of you flying from non-Schengen side, choose the Finnair lounge if possible.

  Really pleasant and large lounge. Eating a lot of different foods in small portions. Really good cold and hot dishes. Even tought the space is large, you have to queue for seats and you may get them at the back of the lounge, where it’s a long walk to get food and use the bathroom.

  I had a truly enjoyable and memorable experience at the lounge. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Sam. She was not only extremely helpful but also very kind-hearted and attentive throughout my visit. Her warm attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference and added a personal touch to my overall experience. Thanks to her support, I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made my time at the lounge even more special. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Because of her and the overall positive atmosphere, I would definitely love to visit this lounge again in the future if I get the opportunity.

  The plaza premium lounge is at the Helsinki Terminal 2 after exiting the passport control of Schengen Area. During our visit, the lounge is not very busy. It offers simple hot food (vegetable curry, potatoes, rice, and ground beef mince, juice and coffee). There is both toilet and shower room in the lounge.
