  Helpful staff, well appointed buses, always on time. €20 per head for a day reasonable value. Tours provide a nice overview of Heraklion. Outside of time by the sea and isolated highlights enroute there is little to see around the city via bus. One big plus the fare saves €15 on the normal entrance to the dreadful Knossos.

  It's ok and a good way to get to Knossos Palace, but if you don't mind a bit of walking then most of the visit highlights are within walking distance. Depends how energetic your feeling, how long you're staying in Heraklion, and how hot it is when you visit. The fact that you get 2 days for the price of one is a bonus, and the buses keep to the timetable pretty well. At the time of our visit - October, outside of school holiday times - there was no problem with buses being too busy. Best way to improve this tour would be to have more commentary - there wasn't much as you go around, and no insights beyond what you could get off of Google or Wikipedia.

  Good value, but can be very busy. Buses run often. A good way to get to Knosses Palace from the cruise port. I would recommend this for cruise ship passengers.

  Waited over 45 minutes -- with dozens of others -- and no bus came to take 7s back to the port. Had to take a taxi.

  Very accommodating. Easy to hop on and off. Allows you to ride the entire path and then decide where you want to hop off. Customer service was friendly and easy to work with.

  The Hop on Hop Off Bus was good. Better and easier to book once you arrive. Our first day was not used, to no fault of Viator, but as we didn’t know our exact travel time for arriving on the island ahead of time, we arrived too late in the day to utilize this.

  My wife and I used the Hop On/Off bus to tour Heraklion, travel to the Palace of Knossos, as well as the Blue Line to the beach. We had an excellent experience, especially the two young women at the Museum stop! Their smiles and enthusiasm was awesome!!

  Friendly and helpful service. Thank you Gordana and Natalie. You can use your tickets on other days. Good way to see the town and work out where you want to visit.
