Start at a boutique winery with wines paired with local cheeses & chocolates, followed by a wine and dumpling pairing. Total of 12 to 14 wine samples - Semillon, Shiraz, Pinot, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Sangiovese and Chambourcin (depends on availability).
