Inès et Anaïs will welcome you on a wine estate to immerse yourself in the life of the winemaker, the ideal opportunity to get to know the Beaujolais vineyard better thanks to a little explanation of our Epicurieuses!
The adventure will begin with a visit to the vineyards, then continue in the heart of the cellar with a tasting that will introduce you to the surprising pairing between wine and chocolate, which have more in common than it seems!
You will explore the winemaking process and the different stages of chocolate making before learning how to juggle aromatics to better learn how to enhance flavours.
This workshop will be an ideal opportunity for you to better understand the secrets of a perfect alliance and work your senses in a friendly atmosphere.

5.00I had the chance to participate in a “wine and chocolates” workshop at the Château de Varennes in the north Beaujolais. Inès and Anais are two passionate and exciting people who pass on their knowledge to make us discover the Beaujolais vineyard in a friendly way, with great professionalism. A very nice moment of sharing and exchanges, and surprising wine and chocolate pairings! This is a great gift to give to yourself or to friends or family!
