What To Expect
Join pastry chef Thierry for an afternoon of fun and freshly baked pastries! As a professional chef in the heart of Lyon, Thierry will teach you how to make classic French pastries and baked goods, including the traditional classic tart with pink pralines, cream puffs like chocolate éclair or Paris-Brest with caramelized almonds, or macarons. About your host Thierry: "I'm an easy going cooking teacher and passionate French chef. I like to meet and invite new people from all over the world. Please join me in my small restaurant, in a 15th century building of Lyon."

5.00The highlight of our trip! We learned how to make pralines, praline cookies and a praline tart. Chef Lyon, Thierry-Rodolphe, was high-energy, fun to be with and an awesome instructor. In addition to teaching us about an iconic Lyon dish he took the time to give us lots of backstories about the pastries and the town of Lyon. Highly recommend this as a must-do experience.
