5.0I understand that in restaurants the background music is kept at a volume which encourages patrons to eat and leave. When you are a captive audience on a dinner cruise which lasts three hours and the patrons can't leave, why broadcast music that is unnecessarily loud and of a genre that fits the young staff, but not the clientele. I mentioned this to one of the staff members who lowered the volume slightly, but it was still annoying.

5.0Our experience was absolutely fantastic! We were fortunate to visit on a day with only 21 people booked, giving us plenty of space to enjoy and even having the top deck all to ourselves. Helen took exceptional care of us—she was attentive, kind, and wonderfully funny, truly elevating our boat trip with her warm and personable service!

5.0I booked an experience to see Sydney at sunset and captured the most stunning snapshots of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour from the best vantage point—on the water. It far exceeded my expectations! The crew and staff were amazing—super friendly, approachable, and welcoming. The food was delicious and of excellent quality. The boat wasn't overcrowded, with just the right number of people, allowing everyone to find a quiet, perfect spot for photos or a relaxing chat. This experience was worth every penny, and I couldn’t be happier that I booked it. I would definitely recommend it to everyone—it’s a must-try for anyone visiting Sydney!
