5.00Boat crew was great, cool and attentive great instruction and fun. Was a little exciting to get on little boat to go to big boat because of rough water but all worked good they helped and made it easy

2.00They slotted us in for a noon time experience and was able to get us in only around 12:10. By the time we got in the air after all the initial checks it was 12:20 ish. The delay they said was attributed to the prior parties taking their time. Just because the previous parties took their time we were only given a total of 15 minutes. We were back in the boat by 12:38 and to the shore by 12.42. So all the money we paid for an hour long experience only lasted for a total of 30 or so minutes which includes onboarding and off boarding and all the “getting ready” stuff. We paid a whopping 325$ for an hour long experience. Very disappointed and not satisfied at all. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

4.00You go to the meet up point and take a shuttle from there to the ocean. Once there you take a motor boat to a bigger boat that you’ll be parasailing from. If you get motion sickness take medication before hand or bring it with you. The water is pretty rough, but once you’re parasailing it’s actually very peaceful! The two men on the boat explained everything and made me feel comfortable. Although I was solo someone on the boat in another group parasailed with me. There has to be a least two people at a time. The only thing that needs improvement is their shuttle. The communication for our group to be picked up after we were done was lacking.
