Rina was an absolutely outstanding e-bike tour guide and truly made our day in Kanazawa unforgettable. She took us all over the city, showing us incredible highlights like Kenrokuen Garden, the Maeda lord’s living quarters, and even arranged a beautiful matcha tea experience. Throughout the entire tour, she shared so much culture and history, answered every question we threw at her, and spoke excellent English. Rina was personable, friendly, articulate, and just such a joy to spend the day with. She made us feel completely safe and confident on the e-bikes — even teaching us how to ride them — and guided us effortlessly through each stop. She snapped tons of great photos for us, helped us get back to our hotel afterward, and even gave us wonderful recommendations for the rest of our stay. Could not recommend her more highly. If you’re visiting Kanazawa, book with Rina — she’s AMAZING and will make your experience truly special!
