Really great experience for all the family! Rina was a fantastic guide - with excellent enthusiasm and knowledge about Kanazawa. Bikes and helmets were all organised, at very short notice. The day started sunny but turned cold and wet, but this didn't detract from our experience. (Even our cold 8 yr old was buzzing.) E bikes were a great way to introduce the sites of this stunning city. Rina didn't overload us with too much information. The trip was a mixture of dodging crossings and riding the backstreets (fun), stopping at tourist highlights but knowing the shortcuts/ best parts to see (economical with our time-short visit) and a peaceful tea stop halfway. Highly recommend this experience.

My husband and I have not ridden bikes in over 20 years. Our guide, Rina, was very patient. We had to practice a bit and then we were off. Great way to see the city, we had a wonderful time riding around. She was able to add in an extra stop at a shrine we had wanted to see. It was cold and she even provided us with hand warmers. She was so accommodating and explained to us that we could use the bikes the rest of the day after we did our tour around Kanazawa. She dropped us off at the fish market so we could grab lunch and then we were able to take the bikes to the art museum. Definitely practice bike riding if you haven’t done so in a while before you jump on these E bikes. It will make things much quicker and smoother. Thank you Rina, you are so patient!

Rina was an absolutely fantastic tour guide! She was kind, focused, and deeply knowledgeable— also going above and beyond to take photos of us, offer food & drink suggestions, and even call to adjust a dinner reservation for us. It was refreshing to feel a tour guide care about their job and bring a natural spark to the tour. We loved the experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to learn and experience beautiful Kanazawa, 200%! Thank you so much, Rina!!

We spent the day touring with Rina. The bike tour was absolutely fantastic. We really enjoyed our day, Rina took the time to explain all of the history and stories of the area and showed us great places to eat. We had the time to take pictures, enjoy the views and we were able to bike around once the tour was over. We absolutely recommend this tour.

This activity was a good introduction to Kanazawa. Unfortunately it was forecast for heavy rain so we did the trip using the bus and walking instead which was still good. Nicola our guide was great and we enjoyed our afternoon with him. The highlight was the tea in the Kenrokuen garden with the stunning view.

This is the best way to tour Kanasawa! The e-bikes are easy to operate. It was a lot of fun riding through neighborhoods to get to each main site. We spent ample time seeing each site and stopped for tea and dessert at a beautiful garden. We went to the Samarai district, garden and castle, and Geisha district. The sites are too far apart to walk and riding meant we weren’t confined on a bus and didn’t need to figure out the public bus system. Our guide Lena gave very interesting and thorough information at each site and took pics so we didn’t need to rely on selfies. It was one of our favorite activities during our two week visit to Japan. Highly recommend.
