I had such a brilliant time!! Five stars. I got there 17 minutes late and I was the only one booked. I expected the provider to refund me and send me on my merry way. Instead, chef Souphen took me food market shopping and showed me how to make three delicious dishes which I will definitely be trying out at home. She was warm and lovely and we got chatting about life and cooking, in no time. I am absolutely happy to recommend this activity.

Great experience. Starting with food marketing and learning about the local products. Preparing the cooking with a lot of explaining. Each one could cook for themselves what makes the experience special. The result with instructions from Chef Sao Sophen was a great meal.

This was a wonderful experience! Our chef, Lom Ang was a terrific host. She guided us through the market, explaining what traits she looks for in fresh food and herbs/spices. The food was delicious and so fresh. In particular, the yellow chicken curry was incredible!

We had so much fun cooking with Lom Ang. From our hotel tuk tuk pickup, we went shopping in a local market. We learned about all the vegetables and ingredients for our green mango salad, yellow curry with chicken and banana palm dessert. We then went to a beautiful hotel where we were taught how to prepare and cook each course. We had our own uniform, cutting boards, ingredients and burners. Everything was clean and professional. All of our food was so delicious. They also took pictures for us and gave us each a certificate. A must do when you’re in Phnom Penh.

Fantastic experience with Sophen, she was a delightful teacher, very patient and friendly. We prepared and produced a salad starter, chicken curry and banana pudding, delicious (even if I do say so myself).

Amazing fun, included going to the local market to buy the ingredients for the three dishes. The chef was fantastic and the helpers were discreet and helpful! Great space for learning, easy to find and we'll organized. I did the meat version and my husband the veggie.
