one of the most beautiful castles I know in a magnificent and very well organized location. You can get there by boat, train, car, bicycle or on foot.

Wonderful trip! The scenery is breathtaking and our guide ‘Roger’ was very knowledgeable and courteous. Taking in Chaplin World which gives you an insight into his family life! Chillon Castle and its surrounding area is just beautiful. Finished off with a couple of hours in Montreux the Swiss Riviera! Visited Mountain Studios where Queen wrote and recorded hit songs and of course a photo beside Freddie Mercury’s statue is a must!

After this day trip you will feel like you need to go back and revisit everything during several days! The agenda is compressed for you to see all the most beautiful spots (I am not even mentioning the picture, you will have with Freddie) :) We were the most lucky with the driver - Evan - who took us on secondary routes to get more spectacle, was funny and told many stories. Worth the money!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Arrived at hotel after a long journey to be told there were no rooms? We booked online weeks before and I called a few days ago to check If we could arrive earlier than planned. They tried to blame the booking company and refused refund initially. Disgusting treatment of paying customers. Thankfully a lovely lady close by saved us and had a room! Also mentioned this happened frequently and they ditch people staying just 1 night to accommodate others staying longer.

Tour guide was quite passive. He only started introducing himself in the coach after the trip started for some time. Minimal explanation throughout the trip. At each destination, we were just given instruction of where to meet at a certain time. Everything was self-explored.

It was wonderful in every way. On time always, which I appreciate. Nice informative tour guides. Loved the Christmas village. The castle was unbelievable and I got some of the best pictures. The driver was so skilled at getting us through tiny stone streets and alleys.

I participated this tour in late December. When I booked it, I was not sure if it was the best option because boat trip sounded nice, too. But this trip proved to be definitely better because it snowed on that day and boat trip was not possible. The guide was wonderful and I really enjoyed it.

Arrived at Geneva after Christmas , montreux markets were already closed, itinerary was changed to include Lausanne . Enjoyed the trip with great guide. Chillon Castle was impressive.
