We asked for a pick up at the hotel. They kept sending emails saying Trip Confirmed. Apparently in the first email they said we must confirm pickup 24 hours in advance. We missed this. The bus didn’t come. They wouldn’t refund me. No more aviator for me.

The villages visited EN route to Mont-Tremblant were beautiful. If someone in the group had not only spoken French, the EN tour guide would have made the EN English tour when I had booked an EN French tour. The guide did not answer the questions asked.

Guide was good, a lady, she told us many nice stories Driver was good Bus was good Tour is amazing! It was very blissful day, Thank you 😊 PS Organizational question: it seems you must contact a company ahead to confirm your pick up. At least, no one contacted me. I had to write them. I wish it could be adjusted because it is not good to worry in the morning

The tour guide was harassing us for tips and pursued a course of conduct that was extremely unprofessional and intimidating. When we refused to give him a tip he tried to embarrass us in front of other passengers. This is not acceptable and the company need to stop their tour guides from doing this - tips are not a mandatory component of a financial transaction and harassing customers for tips is unacceptable.
