  • Serge is the best!

This was just a superb trip. I'd read some mixed reviews on the site so was a bit wary, but it was beyond 10 / 10. We were lucky with incredible weather and peak fall colours, but the real highlight was Serge. Driver, guide, cultural historian, comedian, everything fluently told in English then French. It was a great day with a great crowd and I highly recommend it. The bus was in excellent condition and there were ample opportunities for food stops and any comfort required.

  • A visit to Laurentian Mountains and ski village is well worth the time and cost

The visit to the Laurentian Mts. was worth the time and cost. But, the check in with GrayLine was chaotic. We were initially told we would be picked up at our Marriott hotel, but we got a note the night before the tour saying we would be picked up at a park a couple of blocks away. We walked to the park and stood by the busses (no drivers) for 15 minutes in the cold and then one of the other tourists said we were supposed to go to a building nearby. We then waited in long line to get checked off a list. We should have been sent the address of the BUILDING. There was some initial confusion as to which bus to board, people on our bus were on the wrong tour. Our guide. Claire Marie, was condescending and seemed to prefer to chat to some Swedish tourists in the front rows rather than interacting with others. She also made a couple of racist comments about preferring blond people with blue or green eyes. Very unprofessional.

  • Not recommended Viator 3rd party vendor.

We never made it on this trip. Apparently we were suppose to confirm hotel pick up with Grayline tours even though we provided hotel name and address at time of booking. According to the multiple emails received from Viator everything was good “ sit back n relax.” Beware Viator is a third party booking system. Neither Viator or Grayline would reimburse us for our tickets a total of $600.00 for a party of six . STRONGLY recommend you book from hotel your staying at. They did offer the option for us to go the following day however that was our last day in Montreal. Do not recommend

Driver was very nice guy and he drove very safe! There were four stops till Laurentian so no need to worry about washroom. Highly recommended.

  • Nice Scenery, Tour Guide was Terrible

The trip was disorganized and our tour guide was not only rude and snarky when simple questions were asked, her English vocabulary was seriously lacking. She drifted from one topic to another without completing sentences. At the end she said her services were not included, indicating she was working for tips only. All in all the narration was poorly done, the stops were not very interesting except for the ski resort which was very nice, and she added nothing of value to the day. The pick up service was 30 minutes early; no one seemed to know how we were getting back to our hotel until the kast minute. Cannot recommend.
