200 EUR lost for being two minutes late

1.00We arrived at the meeting point just two minutes too late, 8.32, due to issues with the cab. Our group was gone. I immediately contacted customer service to rebook the trip to the next day or see what else we can do and they refered me to the local trip organizer. I called them five or six times before they picked up the phone (which took around 30 minutes) and they told me to call back to customer support...And they in turn told me that they cannot do anything. So, our 200 EUR went down the drain due to the fact that we were two minutes late. For a trip of that price one would expect that the guide would have waited for five minutes if anyone is missing. One would also expect more service minded and accessible customer support! I will never choose Viator again.

5.00Wonderfully. You can not do in one day what we did with this guy's. Our tour guide, Miguel a 5 star guy, very good with history of the places were we went. Gave us good tips for where to go shopping and visits in the city for our rest of the vacation days. Definitely will use them again .
Go for the history and seek Pedro for the fun

5.00If you go on this trip, you must try to get the tour guy Miguel. He was wonderful quickwitted made you feel comfortable. All the walking and all the touring was worthwhile because of him plus the sites were beautiful.
