Each Basque Cooking class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our rustic wooden table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have cooked using your newly acquired knowledge.

Tuesday – Traditional Fish Cooking: San Sebastián Market Tour & Fish Class: From market to table, learn the art of cooking fresh seafood. Wednesday – Traditional Regional Cuisine: Master authentic regional dishes that capture the essence of San Sebastián’s culinary heritage. Thursday – Pintxos, Tapas & More: Discover the secrets of San Sebastián’s famous pintxos and tapas. Friday – Market Tour & Seasonal Cooking Class: Explore seasonal cooking with ingredients fresh from the market. Join us for a delicious culinary journey!

Chef Patricio was super knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Meal with wine pairings was excellent. Was able to participate in the actual cooking as much, or as little, as you prefer.

What a great way to spend the day! We felt like we were invited into the chef’s home with family by the end of the class. Patricio & Miguel gave an entertaining & informative culinary class filled with tips from the masters while infusing their culture throughout the conversation. Everyone participated & no one left hungry. The best part was having the class spread out over a few hours so everyone could relax, engage in good conversation, & enjoy the fruits of our labors. Patricio was a wonderful host, willing to share his knowledge and experience of the rich Basque culinary traditions. He is perfect for this role. Our food preparation was fun filled and exacting . Highly recommended for a culinary adventure.
