2.00There was some type of mix-up. Three of us wanted a ride from the airport to our hotel downtown Sydney. When we arrived at the airport there was no driver. The airport staff called and was told the driver had been at the hotel where we wanted to go waiting to take us to the airport and was no longer available. We took an Uber to the hotel. Viator put in a refund request for us.
