What an education about the island, Hawaii in general and the marine life in specific. Spend a few minutes in the clear tunnel and you will get fantastic pictures of sharks and a very friendly manta ray.

Well first of all I made reservation for 4 of us to spend the day at the Ocean Center. Due to car trouble we were unable to make it on the Day reserved. I called and asked if they could move my reservation to the next day. They were unwilling to accommodate me with moving reservation or issuing me any refund. Poor policy and bad customer service. So I paid $250. For something we didn’t get to do. The next day 2 of our party decided to go to the Ocean Center while the others did something else. So again I paid over $50. Per person for the attraction. When they returned from going to Ovean Center they were clearly disappointed. The said there was small aquarium with very few fish. Mostly just pictures with no sound or anything interactive. They said what a rip off of an attraction it was and couldn’t believe they got charged $50. Each. So now I paid over $350. For a lame attraction. I feel cheated and ripped off!

It’s not as big as you may think. It was comparable to the Seaquest aquarium we have in Layton, Utah. It doesn’t compare well to the aquarium in Salt Lake or the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California. It was a little underwhelming as we had those in mind when we booked this excursion.
