We had an INCREDIBLE experience! I have done many tours in Merida and this was the best by far. Julio, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing. He is kind, funny and patient, as well as very informative. We were able to learn lots of things but not be overwhelmed with information. Julio also knows everybody and everything at Santa Barbara, including the best spots and angles for photos! Julio took the best pictures we got our entire trip. The cenotes are beautiful and mesmerizing, the town, Acanceh was so wonderful, we were able to see the beautiful people, ruins, and day to day life all around us. It was a good amount of time to learn history and see all without getting too hot haha. We recommend bikes if it’s not too hot out. So fun! Bring goggles too because the water is perfectly clear. Thank you Julio and team for a wonderful experience all around.

Excellent tour. Our guide and driver were very nice (Martin and Carlos). The stop at the pyramids was a nice bonus. There was plenty of time for everything. The food was good. The cenotes were spectacular.

The Santa Barbara cenotes are fantastic and should not be missed. Easy access, 80 degree water and incredible beauty. Good guide experience and plenty of time to swim and enjoy these 4 incredible cenotes. One completely covered and three with different openings. This is an incredible experience that should be on your bucket list.

Excellent guide, well organized tour. The cenotes are beautiful and it’s easy to get around among them. Totally mellow and relaxing day.

The Santa Barbara visit was outstanding, all four cenotes located there are superb. We also appreciated the Maya sculptures that we saw earlier in the day. The day trip was well organized.

The visit was spectacular, as having 4 cenotes in the same property is exceptional, however the restaurant service, which is mandatory, as you buy the food in advance, was bad. Although there is not much variety, but the quality of the food was poor, without taste and for example the roast pork fillet, it looked more like a shoe sole. Tough and tasteless. The service was also lousy, there were several waiters, but none of them met our requests except through the waiter assigned to our table. For that reason I left no tip, and a manager came up there knowing that he had refused food, I told him the complaint and instead of offering some other option, he heard and left.

The bikes were to small and rustic and the cenotes were very cold and the rocks were very sharp thats why i choose 4 stars only.

Santa Barbara is clean, safe, friendly and professionally operated. Of the 4 cenotes there, 2 are fun (1 & 4) and 2 are absolutely stunning (2 & 3). Restaurant is excellent, too. If you want a full day of cenote experience in one location, this is your best bet. Our guide/driver Julio was a pleasure; super-friendly with excellent English. Ask to see photos of his grandkids!
