Really enjoyable day! A great way to see 3 different sites and learn a lot in the process. As a solo traveler, this was an ideal way to do it without getting a private guide or renting a car.

All aspects of the tour were managed well by our guide Francisco. We learned a lot about Uxmal and Kabah. The cenote was divine to swim in!

This was a great trip, and the guide did a fantastic job, explaining all the important aspects of these amazing ruins, and did so in both Spanish and English, which made it really easy to understand what was being talked about.

If you're the kind of traveler who just wants to check off boxes, this tour is fine. If you want to actually learn a decent amount about the ruins, you'd be much better off on a private tour or just hiring a driver to take you on the same tour and hiring one of the very knowledgeable guides on site at Uxmal. Unless you're a solo traveler, it would probably be cheaper to do it that way. Here are the problems with this tour: 1) Lots of time wasted picking everyone up at different hotels rather than a central meeting spot. 2) Because the guide gives the tour in English and Spanish, you don't get as much information as you might like 3) You will not get to see all of Uxmal, at least not up close. The two hours advertised wouldn't be enough time, but my two hours includes waiting in line to get in, which wasn't fast, and waiting a solid 10-15 minutes for some very slow people to use the bathroom. 4) You get virtually no information at Kabah - just a brief into and then freedom to explore. You'd get more information just reading the wikipedia article. 5) The cenote is nothing special. There are plenty of cenotes all over the Yucatan. You can easily find a better (or as good one) at another time. Or you can go to this one on your own. 6) The lunch sucks. The restaurant seems to exist solely for tourist groups. Choices are limited and it was blandest food I had on my trip. It was really a one star tour but I'm giving it two because 1) I did get to the places I wanted to get to and there aren't a ton of options for Kabah and 2) the tour guide was nice.

A full day exploring 2 different Mayan Archaeological sites plus a Cenote at the end. Lunch included, gives you time to speak to others from other parts of the world. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. Just when I thought we were getting no commentary on the way, he stood up and spoke for a good solid hour educating us. Speaking both Spanish and English. On site he toured us around the sites again very knowledgeable about it all. Remember to bring enough pesos to pay the entrance fees. If you're short on pesos you can use credit card for entry into Uxmal. Cash for the International Federal Fee but card for the actual entry ticket. 2 bottles of water included. Hotel pick up from most hotels. All in all, good value. Sit back and enjoy the transportation. Expect to walk a lot including many stairs. You'll probably put on 8000 steps.

Francisco is a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. He loves Yucatán and the Maya culture that defines it. This is the best tour you can possibly do.
