The preservation of Uxmal is amazing! After seeing Chichen Itza,. Uxmal and Kabah are a pleasant surprise - well preserved, less crowded, and just as interesting. Saul is a great guide and taught us a lot about both sites. After a refreshing lunch we went to the chocolate museum and experienced some Mayan rituals around chocolate. A well organized tour. Bring lots of water and Gatorade!

Uxmal is incredible, what a beautiful place! Our guide Saul was great, very informative, he could answer every question, was always up for some fun, and he mastered the tour in Spanish and English simultaneously. We were a small group which made the tour even more private. Kabah and the Chocolate Museum are also a great places and worth a visit when you're anyway arouns. The food was very good, however, the whole lunch part felt a bit rushed. Overall an amazing day.

Uxmal is amazing. The other stops were also nice, but more like add-ons. If you don't have that much time in Merida, then maybe just do Uxmal or one of the other bigger Mayan sites. The lunch was decent but not that great. The price of drinks was above average and they didn't have a drinks menu.

Great visit, but felt we could have been given more of the history in the van while traveling, rather than at the venue. Would have had more time to explore on our own.
