Discover the amazing cultural mosaic of the city of Montreal beyond its traditional bi-cultural image. Learn about the city and how immigration shaped its development in the 20th century. On top of that, have a taste of Montreal Bagel.

The tour will start with a drive through Downtown. The Multicultural Mile-End neighborhood will be next to visit before heading towards Little Italy, the traditional center of Italian culture and gastronomy in town where you will visit le marché Jean-Talon, North America's largest farmers' market.

Next will be a visit of the famous Le Plateau Mount-Royal neighborhood where you will discover its hidden charms. Afterward, you will visit Jean-Drapeau Park, the site for the unforgettable Expo 67 on the islands accross the Saint Lawrence River. Your visit will be concluded with a Photo-Stop in front of Notre-Dame Basilica in Old Montreal

I did the full- day 8-hour tour, and I highly recommend it, especially for first time visitors, best done on your first day here. You’ll get a thorough understanding of the city and its people, food, and traditions. Don’t eat breakfast! One of your first stops is at a local Jewish bakery where you’ll get a whole bagel, famous in Montreal!
