4.00Lake Moraine Lodge, gift shop and cafe was closed for the season and I feel our guide should have known that as of 10/01 it closes. He went on and on about how we would have time to grab a snack and hot coffee or something to drink on a cold and rainy day. We were not. Had we known we would have made time to get something at Lake Louise. Our guide was knowledgeable but very hard to hear, soft spoken and the mic used wasn’t working well.

3.00While the destinations were great, had I just been rating the ride it would have been a 1-Star. A full 14 passenger van with legroom for children was jammed full of adults - unacceptable!

5.00Our guide Patrick was informative throughout rides to both lakes advising great trails to take best pics and less crowds. Great value, and pick up/drop off was seamless and right on time!

5.00This was a great tour with Kathy. She took great care of us and educated us about the area. Very interesting and the lakes are beautiful. We had a fun day and would recommend this highly. Perfect amount of time. Some of these tours are 8 hours and I can't imagine that long of a day to these places. Just a note. We aren't very impressed with the Fairmont Lake Louse. The Banff fairmont was much better.

5.00The lakes were stunning and the trails were amazing. The bathroom facilities at Lake Moraine were disgusting.
