Our guide Joey was fantastic! He was very informative about the area as well as entertaining! He incorporated funny stories into the regular tour info. We did not want to get off the bus. Great listening to Joey’s tour!

Trolley is dated but we were ok with that. Kind of turned back the clock! The guide was knowledgeable with everything BOSTON! Our only negative was you couldn't hear our guide because of trolley, street, passenger noise. Speakers placed in the middle to back of trolley is necessary.

Our driver was new, so he didn’t know a lot about the history of places. Was supposed to be 80 minutes and it was less than an hour.

We did the hop on and hop off tour and both drivers were great. Got on and off multiple times. The information was good. Made a rainy day better.
