We are characterize for the for having a great service to be able the nature a great way. Nasua Tours has more then 10 years of experience so we will do our best to make you enjoy the Nature. The Natural History walk consists in a walk through the trails to be able to spot Monteverde's Flora and Fauna(Animals and Plants), the best way to find animals in Monteverde Area is finding an avocado tree fruiting. Wild Avocados are the main food source in the area. The guide(Certificate for the Costarricans Tourist Chamber) it has a professional spotting scope for your enjoyment as well the guide to take photos(Through the scope with the Phone)

5.00We had a great time with our expert guide Oskar! He shared so much information with us and is so knowledgeable! We spotted animals and plants and learned so many new things we would have not been able to spot without a guide! We highly recommend this tour and many thanks to Oskar!

5.00Touring the Curi Cancha Reserve was a treat! As we got out of our car we saw a group of mccraws in the distance (and we hadn't even entered the reserve). Using Alexander's wonderful scope we were able to see them up close. He knew the best paths to take and showed us dozens of interesting plants, animals and insects - based on our interests. Using his scope we captured incredible pictures. We learned interesting facts (e.g., lifespan, diet, mating, etc) about what we were viewing. We saw butterflies, hummingbirds, a pit viper, coatimundi, peccaries, agoutis, etc. SO COOL. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00Fantastic day out. Had the pleasure of walking round with Cristian on a lightly drizzly morning (it is a cloud forest). We saw so many creatures, from Toucans to Vipers, and it was delight learning about what makes this place unique. Cristian in particular was insightful, knowledgeable, friendly and more than happy to answer all of our questions (of which we had many!). I recommend this tour thoroughly and hope whoever reads this enjoys their day as much as us.

5.00Despite the weather that day, José kept the tour running perfectly. He told us many interesting things about the country, the plants, and of course, we saw animals. The reserve is spectacular and thanks to our guide we were able to make the most of it.

5.00Our tour was with Marcos. We learned so much! He is such a curious and engaging person. He could find things to talk about anywhere, and whenever we had any interest in something/noticed anything ourselves, he took right off on that tangent and shared information with us about it. We learned about such a variety of things, from how figs reproduce and their role in the forest (it's amazingly complicated!), to how peccaries smell, which we experienced (it's pungent). Because it was only us, we could learn about anything at all and at our own pace. Very highly recommended if you are interested in learning the how and why about the forest and its inhabitants, not just rushing through spotting things and moving on (although knowing I was interested in birds, he found a bunch of those got me as well). Thank you Marcos!
Curicancha is my favorite- and a guide is a must!

5.00Wow. What a blast. The grounds are beautiful, and the birds are loud and active! A guide for this Reserve is a MUST. We saw so many beautiful birds and animals, and learned about the forest's history. We were able to see and/or photograph about 10 different types of birds and mammals. Although the quetzal did not grace us with his presence, all the other animals made up for it- and all the guides communicate with each other so everyone can see as much as possible. Christian, our guide, was absolutely incredible. He was excited to help us find all the birds/animals and share his knowledge. This was my favorite activity in Costa Rica so far, and I had already been to Mistico, La Fortuna Waterfall, Arenal National Park, and Rio Celeste. Christian- thank you for a wonderful experience!

5.00This was a wonderful tour, and we learned a great deal! The magnificence of the trees, the interconnection between the flora and fauna - all things we already knew, but to experience it first hand is to internalize it! Oscar was amazing and he found the animals that seemed impossible to see. Using just our iPhones, he positioned his tripod telescope and took photos for us. This gave us the photos that will connect us again and again to our experience in the rainforest!

5.00Wow! Johnny was an excellent guide. We went with him to Curi Cancha for a morning tour and to the ecological reserve for the night tour. Both were wonderful and we saw an incredible diversity of wildlife. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

5.00Our tour of Curi Cancha was an amazing highlight of our time in Costa Rica! An beautiful preserve which invites animals and birds of so many varieties, is an amazing place to enjoy views of the flora and fauna Costa Rica Cloud Forest region has to offer! Our guide was passionate and knowledgeable and helped us to get the best views of the amazing animals and birds we saw. We were even blessed to see the rare and spectacular quetzal! Our family would highly recommend this experience.

5.00Christian took us on the night walk in the wildlife refuge and then a daytime tour in Curi-Cancha. Christian was so knowledgeable about the cloud forest and showed us some wonderful plants and animals.
