We were treated royally on our tour. Our wonderful driver (Fladdy) doubled as a wonderful coffee barista, and also made sure we were well supplied with delicious snacks and water and even a beer for the return drive. Our guide Ursula gave us very interesting and detailed history lessons and was such a pleasure. A wonderful tour experience.

Great sights. Not to much walking. The tour was rushed and the guide was not very talkative during the tour. Our bus was 30 minutes late due to a technical difficulty. Yet we still didn’t get 30 minutes back instead we were rushed through the sights to make up time.

You have to purchase tickets for both stops on the tour, even if you don’t want to. I did not want to your Linderhof, I wanted to explore the grounds. I have been there before and had no interest to go inside. It’s 41 Euros for both, even though the tickets themselves are only 29 euros. The tour guide and bus driver were very informative and very eager to answer questions. The bus was comfortable and I was able to charge my phone using the USB connections at each seat. But I was not happy to have to pay for a ticket I didn’t use. And pay so much for the tickets.
