What To Expect
Schloss Linderhof
Departing from Karlplatz 21 /Stachus at 08:30AM. Your first stop will be the stunning Linderhof Castle (UNESCO World Heritage since 2025) , arriving around 10:00 AM. The smallest of King Ludwig II's three royal castles, Linderhof was originally built as a hunting lodge in the 19th century. Designed in the elegant French Rococo style, the castle features a Moorish pavilion, which you can explore during your one-hour stay. You’ll also have the option to join a guided tour of the castle’s exquisite interior, where you’ll experience the luxurious chambers and intricate design of the palace. The guided tour lasts about 25 minutes. After the tour, take time to enjoy the impressive castle gardens. Stroll through the beautiful grounds and capture stunning photos of the castle and its surroundings.
Oberammergau

4.00This long day tour provided views of beautiful villages, the Bavarian Alps, and both Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castles, The coach was very comfortable and in good hands with Gordon our driver. Johnny was a good guide providing plenty of information about our tour sites and the important timelines.

5.00Great experience! Both castles are lovely, especially Linderhof. Long day but totally worth it. The bus is comfortable so you can relax and there are drinks and snacks available if you want to buy. You walk a lot but you get enough time in each destination, so you don't need to rush. The guide is more in charge of logistics than sharing information because each castle has its own guided tour, but she's always there to help. Would do it again.
