Christian was an amazing guide for our day trip to Salzburg! Traveling via train and a short bus ride was easy with Christian's guidance. He had great information and knowledge to share about Salzburg. He gave us recommendations of what to see and do during the 3 hours we had to explore on our own. Highly recommend this excursion!

We really enjoyed our day trip. Susan our guide was very informative. There were so many things to see. If i travel again to Bavaria, i will venture out and spend a couple of days in the city of Salzburg. The one suggestion i have is that if you book tour on a Sunday, be aware that the shops are closed. So your shopping is limited.

Just got back from this tour and had to write my review. We had Susan as our tour guide and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a group of 12 and she safely navigated us to Salzburg and back to Munich. My mom and I enjoyed the tour and day trip out to Salzburg. We enjoyed learning about the history of the city, the tips and restaurant recommendations from Susan, we had ample time to have a nice meal and do a little shopping. Thanks again Susan!

The tour was excellent! Maxinne was really good at what she was doing. The itinerary was hassle-free. She was able to handle 16 people very well. She had a tablet with her, which she used to show us different photos and videos. She showed us excellent recommendations. Our departure was 1 hour earlier which was very good! We were able to explore Salzburg on our own with an extra hour! It is recommended for solo travelers like me! I was able to visit Austria!

Be ready for a full day. The guide was very informative. I was expecting the guide to get us to Salzburg and leave us but we got so much more. A wonderful walk to hit the high points then a few hours free time. Do be prepared for delays due to train schedules but that’s to be expected.

After observing a Radius guide in action during a different castle tour, I knew I had to book our Salzburg trip with them—and it was the best decision we made. Their office at the train station is professional and fair; while they don’t have a standard senior rate, the agent was incredibly generous in offering a student discount for both of us!, which we truly appreciated. Our guide, Maxine (a master of her craft with a charming Northern UK accent), was with us every step of the way. She didn't just share the "gory details" and fascinating history of the sites; she used her local knowledge of shortcuts to save my 75-year-old mother from unnecessary walking and stairs. Maxine truly went above and beyond, even providing detailed directions for our hotel return. If you want a tour that feels personal and prioritizes guest comfort, I cannot recommend Radius and Maxine highly enough!

Markus was an outstanding guide for our Salzburg tour. He was extremely informative, and you could genuinely tell how much he enjoyed what he does, which made the experience even better. Despite some train delays, Markus handled everything seamlessly and was the perfect guide for navigating the shortcomings of the train system. He even went out of his way to help a family who wasn’t part of our tour, which really speaks to his character. Would 10/10 recommend Markus and this tour!

It was a very nice experience. We had a lovely guide named maxime Ryder, she was absolutely helpful, she made us enjoy the journey even on the train. Very organised. And worth every penny.
