On our return trip to Munich our tour guide made us walk for about 45 minutes in the scorching heat all the way to the train station because she did not properly plan to avail the bus service

It was a lovely experience, the train was late to arrive in Salzburg. Our tour guide was able to have us seated and gave us lots of information about the area. She booked our group individual reservations at the oldest restaurant after the tour ended (she asked everyone before we got off the train if we wanted to eat there) . And when we arrived the busses into old town weren't running due to a music festival. She quickly adapted and all was good. The restaurant was delicious. Enjoyed our time there!

Maxine was a wonderful tour guide. She made an effort to get to know us a little more and tailored her information to some of our interests. She did a great job of pivoting when the busses were not running as scheduled in Salzburg due to a car show/race and got us where we needed to be safely. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and a wealth of trivia. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour.
