What To Expect
Casino Niagara
Departure Time: kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to tour start time - tour leaves promptly at departure time. MEET OUTSIDE at 5705 Falls Ave, Niagara Falls, ON (right next to the Hard Rock Café by Casino Niagara Falls Ave. entrance only) Do NOT go to the boat. This tour does NOT start at the boat. All guests must meet the tour guide OUTSIDE the Casino Niagara entrance on Falls Avenue.
Before the exhilarating Niagara City Boat Cruise, your guide will lead you on a scenic walk along the Niagara Parkway, one of the most beautiful stretches in the region. As you stroll, enjoy insider commentary on the history, landmarks, and natural beauty surrounding the Niagara River. You'll pass landscaped gardens, historic sites, and catch misty glimpses of the falls along the way. This relaxing and informative walk culminates at the Table Rock Welcome Centre, where you'll experience spectacular, up-close views of the Horseshoe Falls and have opportunities for stunning photos.

A chilly but exhilarating ride by Niagara Falls

5.00We had a great visit to the falls in spite of the chilly November weather. Our tour guide was a young man from Brazil who had learned a lot about the history and geography of Niagara. After a 20 minute tour of the riverside park we boarded a tour boat along with about 100 other people not in our group for a 30 minute “up close” tour of the falls. The boat had an enclosed lower deck where you can escape the cold and water and an open upper deck where you could experience the spray from the falls (which was icy at 4 pm) and the magnificent views. It was just the right experience for us as compared to the longer 6 hour tours. Highly recommended.

5.00The little walking tour with some history and fun facts about the falls (and the area around it) was quite nice! Julia our guide was very lovely and informative, and made it quite fun. The falls themselves were stunning. Be prepared to get quite wet (soaked sleeves, ankles and shoes) even with the disposable ponchos provided. A cap and sunnies are handy.

5.00Our tour guide was great and funny, and we had a wonderful time! Our guide took some great family photos that we will treasure. The tour was not too short and not too long for our kids ages 7 and 11 - about an hour including the boat. So fun and definitely recommend!

5.00Our family enjoyed the Niagara Falls Walking Tour and Boat Cruise Eco Experience October 11, 2025. My husband, myself, and our two children (ages 14 and 12 years old) all found it an enjoyable and memorable experience. We met up with our tour guide, Julia, outside the Hard Rock Cafe. Julia was easy to find with her little handheld Canadian flag and tours sign. She was friendly and knowledgeable as she took our group (which included 2-3 other families) on an easy walk through the nearby Niagara gardens on our way to the Falls. She knew all the best spots to stop for photos and shared interesting bits of information along the way. She always had her easy to spot Canadian flag with her for quick visual recognition. The walk wasn’t strenuous. The garden was the only partially un-paved part. We took an elevator to the boarding lines and received red ponchos for the boat ride. If you choose to ride on the upper deck, you will get wet from the misty spray that the falls give off. We expected that and enjoyed the misty experience but you can chose the lower portion of the boat which has glass panes for a less wet experience. There is a gift shop, restrooms and eatery options available right along the river by the falls that we visited after the cruise. Both my kids, my husband and I all had a great experience. It fit perfectly into our schedules for an afternoon visit to Canada.
