1.00We had no experience the tour guide was a no show! I did get a refund, but very very disappointed with not getting a guided tour! Not much more to say but under whelmed with the entire experience!

5.00Hafid was a wonderful guide for our tour of Notre Dame de Paris! He was very knowlegeable about this site and was easy to commuincate with. I belive we saw and heard about all of the most important elements of this magnificant structure, and we were provided with important historical context. I would highly recommend touring this site with Hafid!

4.00A real miracle that this renovation, even if this initial place of worship is parasited by the incivility of some people! Full telephone conversations, dogs on a leash, ecstasy in front of the machines (a slot...) with medals. Not practicing but please respect this place

5.00Our tour guide was Farid, who clearly knowledgeable and loved history of the area, which helped give overall context and flavor to the history of Notre Dame. My phone GPS was a bit delayed and wonky directing us to the exact meeting point, but Farid called and was very helpful and understanding in getting us together and starting the tour. He pointed out several other local buildings, exhibits, and statues, as well as features of the cathedral itself that we certainly would have missed on our own, and walked us around to different viewpoints of the southern facade, not just the main entrance. After the tour, he kindly helped us navigate the line to get inside, since it can be a bit “organic” if it is very crowded. We didn’t realize until Farid told us that the tickets online are just “skip the line” tickets; you can still get in without one by waiting in line. Great tour which made our visit more memorable!

5.00The guy went out of his way to accommodate us. He reached out by phone to connect us to the meeting point as we are running late during the tour he showed a great deal of knowledge and interesting facts about the cathedral. I would highly recommend him to anybody great way to see Notre Dame.
