  Fantastic trip with unforgettable memories. Had amazing tours in three cliffs, incredible to see the real one after years of seeing the picture on iPhone. Also had our first experience for Snorkeling in three spots. the guide was very patient and experienced, even one of our colleagues who cannot swim still managed to join the snorkeling together. Finally would like to give special thanks to Mr Sulendra, who taken care the whole trip for us starting from picking up us in the Cafe till driving us to the hotel. very kind and knowledgeable!   This was our best tour of our week in Bali. The snorkeling is for good swimmers only though as the locations are exposed to ocean swell. The snokeling guides were great and did a good job keeping everyone together and safe. The Land based tour was great, spectactular scenery. Our driver navigated the tight, winding roads with expertise.

  This has got to be the worst experience of my life. The lack of organization is beyond everything comprehensable. They said in the ad that the snorkelling on Nusa Penida finishes at 12:15 and then at 12:30 you are on the boat back to the harbor. Surprise! It is not the case, they left late, they did not announce anything, they made us loose our boat at 12:30. We got back at 15:10 in the harbor, but could not find the driver, barely found him and the car was absolutely packed, we could not get in. At the time I am writting this review, I am in the car hoping we do not miss our flight. Also the tour guide is completely unresponsive, does not want to help at all other than what is clearly his own schedule and agenda. We found a car ourselves and as I am writting the review on our way to the hotel to pack as fast as possible and I am hoping that we do not miss our flight. Also, one lady told us that she was dropped off in another place and had to take another car and a different bout to get to the trip. What a sh!t show!

  The snorkeling and land tour were great and I do feel like we got to see nusa penida quite well, but the lunch was not up to standard. They take you to their company run restaurant and then you are given two menus. One with the included options (Indonesian food) which was advertised and then non included, such as pizza, spaghetti and other. The included options were incredibly small portions in what I assume is an attempt to make you buy more food. A couple of other people on the trip did buy pizza, however most said the dough was undercooked and the cheese had a funny taste. Most people had the included options but it did leave much to be desired. I would recommend taking your own food or snacks as we were starving all day. As I said though the snorkeling was amazing and the land tour does allow you to see some amazing sights

  I give it 1/5 if there is 0 they deserve it. Really bad tour and disappointing. From the start to the end. The Always in hurry at the sites and the driver was fast and reckless he could cause us an accident and also the snorkeling was quickly and the photos are really bad..   The snorkeling and the beaches we went to see are beautiful. Also nice that the guide takes photos when snorkeling. However the whole morning is a lot of waiting, and there is no communication about why we wait and what happens next. It all seems very chaotic, and then the activities are rushed. The lunch that is included is a joke, tiny amount of cold food. The roads on Nusa Penida are crazy, so this is not for you if you have back problems or tend to get motion sickness.

  The snorkeling tour was a single disappointment. The organization was miserable: The boats drifted aimlessly on the water, so you could hardly find your own boat – with the constant danger of suddenly landing under a boat. At all four spots you were only allowed to snorkel for about 15 minutes, after which there was a lunch, but then 90 minutes of completely unplanned idle time. Why not just snorkel longer? The underwater world was beautiful, we could see manta rays and turtles, but that's the only positive thing. For €50 per person, the tour was stressful, dangerous and disorganized: absolutely not a good Price quality ratio. Important: Please do not fall for the provider's default response. This is placed under every negative review in the same word and reads mutatis mutandis that “expectations were probably too high”. This is not only disrespectful, but also shows that there is no real willingness here to take criticism seriously or to improve anything. Conclusion: Fingers off – uncertain, overpriced and unprofessional.

  Really fun! The morning before the island part is a bit stressful, but once you get on the island everything is awesome! Snorkelling was fun, no big sea creatures seen but you can't force them of course. And the land tour was great to see Kelingking beach. If someone could respond to my review on how to access the photos our snorkelling team took, that would be amazing.

  Musiman was a super driver and guide! He navigated the bumpy roads with care and showed us the best spots. We saw dolphins, mantra rays and lots of marine life. A great day!

  I'd caught snorkeling and trekking. I don't know why they told me I didn't have a snorkel. You spend more time in the car than visiting the places. At each point you have 5 minutes to take a photo and you have to run to the site. They picked me up at 6:50 in the morning and the boat was scheduled for 8:30. He left at 10:00 and we arrived at Nusa Penida at 10:40. I found out there that my package had no snorkel when I thought I had chosen it, moreover at no time I was given the option to snorkel and in the activity I bought I said it was done.
