Great tour of Olympic National Park with Ryan! It was a rainy and cloudy Thanksgiving day for us. But Ryan made every effort to make the trip enjoyable and comfortable for all the guests. He is professional, funny, takes good photos, and also accommodated our dietary requests. Highly recommend Ryan as the tour guide!

Booked this 1 day trip to olympic national park and Ryan was our guide. Really lucky to have him—he explained everything patiently through out the trip guiding everyone and planned the day perfectly. Stunning views at Hurricane Ridge and Lake Crescent. Worth every penny for this price. Just go ahead and book it.

The pick up time was scheduled to be a 8:10 am but it was changed to 7:20 one day before. I only got one email telling me that the tour guide could no contact me an to please contact them. I tried calling the number but it did not connect (my cellphone is from Mexico), so I assumed it was only to confirm the pick up site, but nothing urgent. Why not wright in that email that the pick-up time had moved up? I also tapped the reply button and sent an email confirming my pick up site and time, but didnt hear back from the. I did not even get a refund.

Although our tour guide is very mindful and nice, I would have preferred a more experienced tour guide to tell us more about the places we went to. The places are beautiful though, even if the weather is a little gloomy when we went to visit.

The highlight of this trip was the hike to the Marymere Falls by Lake Crescent. Unfortunately the road to Hurricane Ridge was closed earlier in the month for snow. Due to the government shutdown, the road had not been reopened.
