What To Expect
Pike Place Market
We start our tour from Pier 69 along historic Alaskan Way just steps from the world famous Pike Place Market.
Space Needle
Departing from Pier 69 on Seattle’s downtown waterfront, the vessel begins its journey by heading out into Elliott Bay. As you leave the dock, you’ll have a clear view of the Seattle skyline, with the iconic Space Needle standing tall to the right. The city’s skyscrapers line the shore, and the bustling waterfront gradually fades into the distance. It’s a smooth and scenic start to the trip, offering great photo opportunities and a unique perspective of Seattle from the water.

5.00We had a wonderful relaxing couples get-away. The staff were friendly, helpful, and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. We got to see three groups of whales in the 5 hours we were on the water. It was so beautiful and peaceful.

4.00Very nice boat. We saw a pod of 9-10 Orcas (2 families). Naturalist knew all about each whale and provided detailed info about all of the adults. Downside was about 90 minutes each way to see the whales. Very little narrative about the communities we passed by, history of the area, etc. which we would have appreciated because it was our first visit to the Northwest. The narrative would made this a 5-star trip.

3.00After booking through a 3rd party, we were told my husband would be seated not anywhere near us, due to mobility issues this was a problem! We also were expecting to see orcas but we didnt see any, and we only saw humpback whales/ seals and sea lions (there site only states to see whales) i also asked the guide when we left the boat who stated that the orcas were so limited that no one goes near them!!

3.00You may not see much of the whales. The weather was nice. The premium window seats are not a priority as most of my viewing was from the observation area on the bow.

4.00Great trip. Very informative. We were lucky enough to spot a humpback whale quite quickly and were able to spend a decent amount of time observing. My only criticism would be that they may want to reconsider selling alcohol onboard. We had a woman near us that had clearly had a few too many mimosas that did start to ruin our experience
