It is just history, we do not glorify. This is private tour, beyond visiting the iconic places in the life of the drug lord, we focus on discussing different points of view around the country and the problems related to drug trafficking. Our purpose is the understanding of such scourge and its impact in our country, and the process Medellín has gone through in order to become an innovative and safer city. We do not glorify Pablo or see him as a hero, we simply seek to understand the political, social and economic context of that time.
From the place where you are staying, we go to:
- The cemetery (where we will discuss on his family and the closest people)
- The memorial park (where we will talk a little about some versions and points of view around Pablo).

We took a Pablo Escobar tour in Medellín, and it was both fascinating and sobering. Our guide provided a balanced perspective, sharing the history of Escobar’s rise and the lasting impact on the city. Visiting key sites and hearing real stories gave us a deeper understanding of Medellín’s past and its journey toward peace. This tour helped me learn about Columbia's history and seeing how far the city has come

Cesar was a fantastic guide. He had in-depth knowledge on all aspects of the tour and was very passionate about explaining the whole picture from Pablo's beginnings all the way through to his terrible impact on the people of Colombia.

Daniel is a great guide. He contacted us prior to the tour to confirm and arrived on time. He speaks great English and showed us all the sites in the tour with lots of information. He gave the perspective of the locals from different points of view. He gave us recommendations. Most importantly he is a fabulous person and we both thoroughly enjoyed our day with him.

Our guide, Mateo, was very knowledgeable and told us many things we did not know. He was very objective and brought the history to life. There were some sad moments as the history is very sad. Mateo was a good driver and looked after us very well, he gave us tips for other things to do and offered to answer any questions we had, even after the tour

We did this tour with Eddie. He picked us up at the Hostel and during the car rides to the different spots he talked about the painful and bloody history. It was extremely interesting and also very reflective. I can highly recommend doing the tour because Eddie made it very special, we ask tons of questions and learned about the transformation of the now beautiful city Medellin.

We didn’t came to Medellin because of that story but got a recommendation for this tour. So we went with Eddie (our guide) to all the important places you need to know. He gave a very respectful and transparent view on that part of the history of Columbia. We think it is important to know what happened in the past and he gave us, with respect to the victims, an great overview as a eyewitnesses. Thank you very much Eddie!

Thanks a lot for your help, to organise the tour, and thanks again to Andres for this amazing guide and his time spending with us. Highly recommended this tour to all who want to know true behind the lies and gossips and know the real and true history of Escobar. It was definitely worthed to do, better then any other tour related to him.We got many new informations about Medellin, how much this amazing city changed and developed in the past years, and became safe for tourists and economy friendly. I will definitely come back to Colombia ( not Columbia) and visit Medellin since this city is offering much more then most of the people think, and deserves to be full of new tourists to see, and experience how kind the people here are. Thank you, and see you soon :)
