Amazing experience; worth every dollar and the time. Would do the overnight tour again, as the ranger station and the trails get much less crowded when people on the day tour leaves. So much fauna compared to other places I’ve seen in CR. You see flocks of Macaws, sloths, all four species of monkeys and a ton of other (rare) birds, insects and mammals. There’s no dedicated night tour included due to the risk of snake bites and the time it takes to get medical care, but there’s an early morning tour if the weather allows, that basically starts while it’s still dark outside and you’ll see the forest wake up. 12/10 experience and the best in CR overall.

What an amazing experience, it exceeded all our expectations. The trip was flooded by wildlife, on our way from Drake Bay to Corcovado we already sighted a huge turtle and from the bay to Sirena station already monkeys. The station was very clean and sought after, the staff very friendly and helpful and the food very good. Communication with Patcheco Tours and the whole organization was very smooth. It’s safe to say that your experience comes down to your guide that you spend your hikes with. We were lucky to have the amazing Marlon as guide, whose experience spotting talent and knowledge made us see 6 tapirs, all 4 monkey kinds, 3 very active sloths, 2 crocs, 2 anteaters, many birds, hummingbirds, lizards and many more. Wildlife was always protected and respected and Marlon made sure we all see the animal and understand its behavior. Sometimes we patiently analyzed one kind for a long time which made us feel like scientists :) on our way back to drake bay we saw humpback whales and their baby which perfectly concluded our journey. Although we got very lucky with our sightings, it definitely would have been worth our money with less wildlife. The atmosphere, every group helping out other groups spotting wildlife, and the passion for nature was uniting and energizing. We highly recommend it to everybody visiting Costa Rica.

It was just great! The tour exceeded my high expectations of Corcovado National Park! Marlon was a great guide. By mimicking birds' voices, he was able to show us many birds. Nothing escaped his trained eye. Whether hummingbird hatching eggs or bird nesting in a tree trunk. We had a lot of animal sightings like anteater and a group of nose bears. Crocodiles, caimans and much more. He also brought us closer to perceiving nature with all our senses. To hear, to smell. To be quiet and just to enjoy. Thanks for that! I would do the overnight tour again at any time and strongly recommend this. Not going on a day trip. You just rush from spot to spot. The night in Sirena Station alone is a huge adventure.

The overnight tour in Corcovado National Park was a great experience with impressive nature and many wildlife observations. Our guide Angel was very good: competent, attentive and with a lot of knowledge about flora and fauna. Thanks to him, we have seen many animals that would otherwise have escaped us. It was very interesting. Angel has also always tried very hard and looked after us mega dearly. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience with Pacheco 2D1N Tours in Corcovado National Park. Our guide, Marlon, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, which made the entire tour both informative and enjoyable. We were fortunate to see a large amount of wildlife, honestly far more than I expected, which made the experience truly unforgettable. The food provided inside the park was delicious, and we had a small group (5 people), the group itself was made up of very kind and friendly people, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Costa Rica - it truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience :)

Alejandra was INCREDIBLE! If possible I recommend you request her as your tour guide. She was knowledgeable, kind, and funny. We had an 8 year old in our group and she was fabulous with him! We were able to see the 4 different types of monkeys, tapir, sloths, ant eaters, crocodiles and so much more! This was a highlight of our time in Costa Rica! Thank you Alejandra for a great experience!

Corcovado is crowded, but Alejandra knew how to find the solitude we needed to spot a sloth, tapir, and crocodile, as well as observe all four types of monkeys, many birds, deer, a hidden bullfrog and even a tarantula. She is knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic. Pacheco is an excellent tour company, ask for Alejandra!

Fantastic trip tounique place in Costa Rica. Jose was an excellent and convivial guide. The highlight was the tapir that ran through the river just before us and swam to reach the other side.
