Myarlon was the best guide we could’ve imagined. He is so passionate about the nature and showed us as much animals as possible. The food in the lodge was more than enough and delicious.

We've had Mr. Marlo Chacon Sanchez as our guide and I have to shout him out using his full name because he was just amazing: spoke English very well, answered all our questions, had something interesting to say just about everything, and had the eye of a tiger when it comes to spotting animals along with some clear experience when it comes to finding the right spots. We got to see tapirs, a whole family of coatis, a small crocodile, a big caiman, and honestly so much more than that. The overnight trip really is worth it because much of this we saw on the second day and each walk was completely different, even if we went the same route. The price isn't egregious either, when you consider you also get an overnight stay, a bunch of food (simple but really good), and so much time with a qualified guide in the wonderful Corcovado. We've been here towards the end of our journey and it's honestly been an absolute highlight.

It was an absolutely amazing event. Erik was a great guide, who discovered many animals and had them quickly captured in his teleskope. He gave us a lot of additional information. We saw all kind of monkeys, Owls, Crocodiles, a Kaiman, a Boa and a poison snake, Wales, a Tapir and much more.

The whole experience was 10/10 and it made our whole Costa Rica trip! Everything from organization, communication when booking and providing helpful information from Pacheco personnel was amazing. Special thanks to Alvaro and our Corcovado guide Marlon. He is really passionate about his job and this sure makes a difference for us visitors. We were really lucky to have him as our guide, he provided a lot of information during the tour and answered all of our questions. The energy in the group was amazing throughout the trip. We highly recommend booking with Pacheco team. 🫶🏼 A lifetime experience we will remember forever.

Marlon as our guide really made this the 5* experience it was. We felt like he was one of the most observant and capable guides, spotting wildlife and then showing to other guides who stood nearby. He seemed so in tune with the forest and animals, and was always very up front about what to expect, and especially what not to expect. Marlon was tenacious, when he felt an animal close by, there was always a way to find and see them. Even if it meant getting absolutely poured on for hours, so we could have an evening stroll with 2 tapirs on the beach just as the rain stopped and the sun set. I feel sad for day visitors, as the overnight really lets you enjoy and soak in this magical place.

Great trip with Pacheco, from booking the trip to the day we left the communication has been excellent, Pacheco were flexible when my travel arrangements changed. The tour itself is well organised, clear instructions on where and when to meet, what is needed and what not to bring. Luis, our guide worked really hard to find the animals for us to see and was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the history of Corcovado and the Osa Peninsula. Highly recommend using Pasheco
