1.00The operators did not show up. I waited thirty minutes and no one showed up. The location they say is the meet up point belongs to another business with a different name.

5.00Great tour! Gloria was a wonderful tour guide. We learned about the history of Loiza, and the art tour was informative and a delight. We also went to a waterfront seafood restaurant. This was the best authentic spanish food that I have tasted! I highly recommend this tour.

5.00I really enjoyed the entire tour but my most favorite parts was visiting the artist’s home and going to Piñones beach. The customer service was excellent. We had a really good time.

5.00Had a great experience visiting Loiza. Guide was very knowledgeable and customized the tour based on our interests. Loved going to the artist studio and talking to him about his muse. Every single part of the excursion was memorable. Highly recommend.
Unable to tour due to scheduling issues

3.00We booked for a Wednesday tour late Tuesday afternoon, and got a call from the company on Wednesday morning that because it was a last minute booking we needed to reschedule to Friday. In Friday morning I called to confirm the tour and I was told that the assistant did not inform the driver of the tour, and I was asked if I could reschedule again. After I explained we originally ordered for Wednesday I was given a full refund and a tour credit for if I were to come to Puerto Rico again. Extremely disappointing, but the owner did all she could do to fix the error.
