Don’t book this experience! I couldn’t leave no stars so 1 is wat they get and that’s being kind considering the situation, I didn’t even get to experience it, the building is insanely hard to find and when I eventually did locate it with the help of lovely locals I couldn’t enter the building, the host didn’t answer my calls nor respond to my texts and so I had to leave after waiting around to try and get in - oh and they won’t refund me either so they essentially took my money and denied me entry - to say I’m disappointed is an understatement, shame on the host and Viator for such dreadful service!

On our first day in Spain I planned this cooking class. We arrived at 12:00 for our class and no one was there. It was an extremely hot day and after several messages (while sitting outside) to class and Viator we found out the instructor had us coming in the evening; however, all our documents (3) had noon or 12:00. Viator at first refused to give me a refund but when I sent them all my documents they agreed there was a mistake. We asked the teacher if we could come the following day but when we didn't hear back we just cancelled the class and booked a different cooking class with Expedia. I will not use Viator again. This made our first day in Spain an unpleasant beginning.

We learned how easy paella is to make at home with simple and clear instructions with our chef, Fabio. It was a relaxed, casual evening and we enjoyed having our paella with sangria in the patio afterwards.

You don't get to do it yourself, you follow an explanation. There was also very few time on the Sangria explanation. Actually just the recipe was mentioned but we didn't do anything ourselves other than eating and drinking.

The paella demonstration was great, the chef was engaging and knowledgeable, however there was no sangria demonstration at all. We just received a glass of Sangria with no explanation as to how it is made. The Operators then held a Sangria demonstration at the next table with another group but it was sold as a separate experience. It was meant to be 2 1/2 hours of drinks, however we were told after two hours there would be no more service and the waitress was quite rude. It ruined what could have been a great experience.
