5.00The boat was clean and comfortable. We appreciated especially the spotless windows which offered excellent view. The meals were very tasty, very well prepared and served! I would definitively recommend this cruise.

4.00The cruise was nice and the staff pleasant. The only issue we had was in the email and directions the name of the ship was not included. When we got there, had to go through every ship and show them our reservations. Unfortunately it was the very last ship and we had to run to catch it on time before departing.

4.00The Tour guide JD was good. However, when he took people go to top of tower Summit and we left in the second floor. I do not know how long he will be back, so we just walked around by ourself.

3.00Fortunately we gave ourselves time to locate the ship. We found the instructions clear but near the boat entrance there was no assistance and we asked numerous locals and nobody was able to correctly assist. We had to call Viator customer assistance and they were helpful. When we boarded we were charged an additional fee to sit by window. Apparently upstair sitting was not available. Food and service was ok and you are taking this experience for the magnificent views. Again, food ok and drinks ala carte. It was hot and we needed to open windows. Ultimately we went upstairs. Very touristy.
