We couldn't have imagined it better! A perfect 3h introduction to the production of croissants by Pastry boss Stephane, who has an excellent and profound background knowledge and does not skimp on helpful tips and exact details. In addition, he gave great tips on shopping for bakery supplies in Paris. The croissants they took with them tasted good the next morning. Once back home, we can’t wait to bake the first croissants ourselves. Next time we are in Paris, we would definitely attend another course at Le Foodist! All the best for you, keep it up!

The photo is for my favorite bottle of wine out of all tasted that evening. They were all unique in their own right without really a bad bottle amongst them. The sommelier was very knowledgeable about French wines and the regions and shared a lot of information in an entertaining manner. I was never bored and the refreshments helped recoup the taste buds between wines.

We came here for a lovely and intimate wine tasting class with Stephan. He was incredibly helpful in giving us some great tips and techniques on wine tasting and how to identify wines from the different regions in France. Along with his humor and stories, it was a very entertaining and educational two hours which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will come back when we visit Paris again to learn some more !!

I went to Le Foodist for this wine tasting with my family (of four). We enjoyed learning about France's wine culture and talking to Stephane, the sommelier, about all the nuances of the different regions of France and how each region's wine is unique. Not only was Stephane very knowledgeable and accommodating, but he was also fun! He really did a great job! My favorite part of the experience was learning how to open a bottle of champagne with a saber.

We (two couples) were traveling all around France for two weeks, so the day before we departed from Paris, we decided to check out the “Discover France in Six Glasses” course. It was a fantastic class and we learned a lot about the regional French wines so we felt a bit more prepared to select and taste wines from Bordeaux, Languedoc, and Burgundy. Stéphane was amazing and funny and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this experience!
