5.00John was outstanding. My husband didn't feel well a third of the way through. John was understanding and drove us back to ship. He's not only a wonderful person He's extremely knowledgeable and well prepared.

2.00Driver forced me to sit all the way in the back when I had requested to seat in the front. As a minimum I should be able to sit wherever if not in front. Other than that as a tour guide did the job well
