What To Expect
This 45-minute experience is designed for people who just want to dip their toes and get a feel for dog mushing. Satisfy your craving for adventure by getting a thrilling glimpse of our Alaskan dog sledding tradition! Join us for a half hour jaunt down our pristine winter trail over mixed terrain of tundra, black spruce stands and ponds. Tour Timeline: TOUR DURATION: 45-minutes TRAIL MILEAGE: 3.5 miles TRAIL TIME: 25 - 30 Minutes Details: First step inside our cozy fire heated Mongolian Yurt to meet your guides. Next our guides will ensure you're well dressed for the trail and will provide you with extreme cold weather gear, including hats, parkas, snow pants, boots and mittens. Then head out to our dog yard to meet your team of Alaskan Huskies. Once the dogs are hooked up in team we whisk you off as you sit back and experience the excitement and power of a team of sled dogs as they tow you on an adventure! Keep your eyes open for wildlife, our woods are full of moose, winter birds, rabbit and fox.

5.00My son, husband and I went on the private mushing tour and had a great experience! We were able to meet and pet the dogs, experience the excitement of the dogs anticipation of the mushing. My guide, Jeremy was very friendly and made it a pleasant experience for us! I would definitely recommend this tour!

5.00What an incredible Alaska experience! We did a 30-minute mushing ride that included getting ready in the yurt and meeting/petting the dogs before and after. We had a gorgeous day and the ride through the trees was perfect. This was the only company I could find that would allow a lap child so we could include our 2.5 year old daughter. A 30-minute ride was the perfect amount of time for her to have a great time and not get too tired or cold. Our guide Jeremy was awesome- he shared cool information and made sure we were comfortable. The price was a great deal. Fantastic communication when we had questions and we appreciated the detailed driving directions to help us get there. We would highly recommend this to anyone and would do it again!
