A midnight surcharge of SGD10 applies for any transfers departing or arriving between 11:00pm-6:00am. If your transfers fall between these timings, Please prepare cash to pay driver before enter the car

Please note that flight arrivals that are delayed into midnight transfer timings will incur a midnight surcharge of SGD10, to be paid in cash directly to driver.

There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver

If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.

Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.

You may inform us at the contact numbers given above, should you be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the waiting time. We can try our best to arrange for the driver to wait pending their availability. Please note the driver reserves the right to impose a surcharge of SGD10 per additional 15 minutes of waiting time.

Pickup/Dropoff location Jurong and Woodland will be extra charge 20 SGD per vehicle payable to driver

Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.
