5.00Easy transfer from.airpirt to hotel.driver on time and helpful. Text me to say he was waiting in arrivals and took our luggage to the car when we had made our way through. Good chat on way to hotel and told us of things we could so and to see.

1.00I don’t normally give bad reviews but I was so disappointed. I booked this taxi from Denpasar airport to Ubud. Driver was 45 minutes late to collect me and then could not work out which gate I was at so he did not arrive until 1 hour and 20 minutes after he was expected. I gave my flight number in the booking so I don’t know why this could not have been worked out beforehand as no other taxi drivers waiting at the arrivals gate seemed to have this issue. Defeats the purpose of booking in advance. Would have been quicker and less stressful to just request a taxi at the airport. The car also had a bad smell.
