1.00The driver and the car were fantastic. The price was a complete rip off. I use Viator a lot - and often book transfers from the airport to the hotel. The price was $125. I took a cab on the return (a very nice SUV, not that different from the vehicle that picked me up) and the cost was $25. I expect a markup of 2X or even 3X, but not 5X. I felt violated by a company that I have come to trust. The trip took 15 minutes. It should not cost $125.

I come to Switzerland quite often and definitely, will remember you guys. I really appreciate your professionalism.
