• We will discover in a private tour the wildlife and nature of Doñana with an expert ornithologist who will explain why this is the most important ecological reserve in Europe.

• This area is typified by marshlands, Umbrella Pine forest and rice paddies.

• The most interesting species of this zone are birds as threatened as the Red-knobbed Coot, Marbled Duck, Spanish Imperial Eagle and others as colourful as the Greater Flamingo.

• Important concentrations of waterfowl exist in Doñana throughout the year.

• We will drive along minor roads and do short, easy walks in search of birds and wildlife.

There are a lot of great reviews for Donana Wings, and quite rightly so! Went on a half day bird watching tour and saw 30+ species, most of which are either not found in the UK, or if so, not commonplace. Vicent was an excellent guide with great knowledge of where to go and what to see, as well as being great company. Highly recommended.
This bird watching trip was the highlight of our holiday in Seville. Our guide was amazing with so much knowledge.

We saw so many amazing birds and our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and very good company. We spent the whole day in and around the Doñana National Park and learnt so much about the wildlife and habitats of the area.

We booked a private all day tour with Vicent well ahead of our visit to Seville. Communication was easy and prompt and Vicent picked us up from our hotel and explained a slight alteration in itinerary to find the best birds. We had a wonderful day with a kind and thoughtful guide. Saw 70 species , many in great numbers, including the local specialties, I highly recommend Donana wings for a great days birding in this beautiful area.

This birding tour was all my spouse and I hoped for and more! Vicente was our guide. On time and on the birds all day. Vicente embodies the trifecta: local bird knowledge, biologist background, and lifelong passion for birds!

Vincent knew the area intimately and made all efforts to ensure that we found and saw the birds. Thanks to his expertise we managed to see all our target species, plus many more. That he was pleasant company made the experience richer. A very enjoyable and memorable day touring this famous reserve.

Doñana was incredible, an overwhelming bird-watching experience, and we saw the elusive Iberian Lynx too! The guide, Maria was great, very knowledgeable about all the wildlife and natural history of the area.

We spent a fantastic day with Vincent bird watching in the Donana wetlands and near by forest. We were picked up and dropped of by our hotel and binoculars and a spotting scope were available for our use. The transport was comfortable and clean with bottled water available. We opted to take our own food. The lunch stop was at the visitor centre at the wetlands where coffee is available but food is not. Vincent amended the itinerary to ensure we worked the weather changes to our advantage.We got great views of close to 100 species of birds. Vincent's knowledge of the birds and the area was exceptional and he always ensured we all got views through the scope for birds not close to the truck. Vincent was always happy to make stops for photography for birds seen whilst travelling. This day trip is a great way to get an introduction to the large variety of birds species that frequent the area and would also suit the experienced birder

We booked a 5-days tour for the lynx and all Donana areas for birdwatching. Our experience was simply amazing: Vicent is the best guide and birdwatcher you can find around! He's not only a massive expert on finding birds and lynx, he's also a kind guy with a lot of passion for his job and nature. Of course we were lucky enough to see the lynx for 2 consecutive days (the first day we saw a couple from few meters for more than one hour), but it is not only a matter of luck: you need preparation, expertise and high knowledge of animals and environment, and Vicent offers all these features during his tours. We had a full day outing with Maria as our guide. It started off by bringing us to a hill in hopes of seeing the Iberian Lynx. How exciting when out it trotted out exactly where she said we might see it. We had a most wonderful day with her and another guest, Phillip, from UK. Maria was knowledgeable not only about birds and the Lynx, but plants and trees and the whole ecosystem of the area. She was a great example of respect for wildlife too and allowed us to share in some special experiences, like witnessing nesting storks and spoon bills, while stressing how important it was to be quiet and not disturb the birds. She also had a good sense of humor and was fun to spend time with. We would highly recommend this company.
