What To Expect
Zahara de la Sierra
Heading southeast we leave Seville for the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park in the province of Cadiz, where one of the highest rainfall points in the entire Iberian peninsula is located. This area, declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, preserves among its mountains one of the most beautiful forests in Europe, the pinsapar. The pinsapo (Abies pinsapo) is a species of spruce surviving the last ice ages, which takes refuge in the coolest and wettest umbrias of this mountain range, still preserving some forests such as the Sierra del Pinar, in the municipality of Grazalema. Our first destination will be Zahara de la Sierra, where we will make a short stop to walk through its streets, admire the landscapes of the Sierra from its viewpoint, and have, if we wish, a snack before continuing our route.
Setenil de las Bodegas
From Zahara de la Sierra we head towards Setenil de las Bodegas, the impregnable village, as the story goes; in this beautiful place we can admire its houses carved into the rock, enjoy its wines and taste the rich cuisine of Setenil.

5.00Carlos was an amazing tour guide. Stopped in all the best places for photographs, took group photographs for us so we didn't have short view selfies. Showed us some of the less well known places in each village. Bus was comfortable and there was plenty of time to see many of the sights in each place we visited.

4.00the white towns are beautiful a must see. our guide Laura was excellent. But i must say the small van was uncomfortable and very hot as the air conditioner was not cooling the vehicle.

5.00Roman was an excellent guide! He gave us an in-depth history about the region as well as olives... who knew? Have to add that the road was a bit windy and long and hus driving ensured a safe trip.

5.00I had a wonderful time! The towns are simply stunning, a must-see in person. Roman was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Although our tour had to be modified due to the unprecedented rain in Andalusia, Roman made sure we still had a wonderful time and got to fully experience Ronda and Zahara. Highly recommend this tour!

1.00NEVER book this tour. I cannot begin to explain how outrageous this experience was. I booked this tour for my clients on December 29, and they were picked up by a driver named Alfrado, who spoke very little English and informed my clients that he was not a tour guide—just a driver. They were dropped off in town and picked up hours later. There was no tour, no guide, no commentary—nothing that was promised. When I requested an apology and a refund, the company offered only a 10% refund, which is completely unacceptable. There are many other reputable options available, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I will never book my clients with this company again, nor will I recommend them to any fellow travel advisors.

5.00Excelent experience. Roman was our guide, he picked up us from our hotel promptly and the tour and timing was exactly as described. Roman was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so many things about the locations we visited. We loved that this was a small size group .
