What To Expect
Whether you’re traveling individually, as a couple or in a group, your ground transportation needs can all be covered by this private airport transportation service from your downtown Seoul hotel to the Incheon International Airport. 1. Your default pick-up time from hotel is 4 HOURS prior to your flight departure time. If you prefer a different pick-up time, please indicate upon reservation. 2. Your meeting point is lobby on the first floor of hotel. If lobby is located on any other floor, please meet us in front of main gate of the building on the first floor. If preferred different location, please indicate upon making reservation. 3. If brining more than one luggage per person, please indicate the number of luggage carrying in the "Special Requirements" field upon making reservation. 4. Please be ready 5mins prior to pick-up time. If arrive 20 mins later than the designated time, it will be marked as 'no show' and won't be entitled to a refund. Please contact our 24hrs Call Center if cannot make it on time for possible adjustment (but not guaranteed). 5. Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

1.00As opposed to my earlier private transfer from Seoul Incheon Airport to Hotel, the van that they sent us was a small ordinary van that could not fit in our 5 pieces of luggages and 4 pieces of carry on which i specified here at viator. The driver was even complaining why we had so many luggages and we told him that we specified the number of persons and luggages we had in our booking. He wasnt friendly at all and he didnt even want to carry the luggages at first because he said it wouldnt fit in his van. So I said we have to fit them in anyway because we have no choice. So my husband and I just had to carry some of the small carry on luggages inside the van just so we can just proceed to the airport. I wouldnt recommend this driver and this particular service because driver is very indifferent and not accommodating at all.
The size of the van is not fitted for the needs of the client and it is not the problem of the client if this problem arises on the day itself so the driver MUST NOT ACT UP ON THE CLIENT.

5.00The car and very courteous driver were waiting for me at the airport when I arrived and on the return, I requested him to pick me up an hour earlier from my hotel, which he readily obliged. The trip is quite long, due to traffic, but the vehicle was very comfortable and the driver was able to provide commentary on local sites on the way. There are much cheaper alternatives, i.e. bus and subway, but the hassle free nature of this trip is well worth the money.
