It’s important to include your flight number for both your arrival and/or departure to ensure smooth coordination. During the booking process, you can also add any special requests or additional information in the provided fields. After confirming your booking, you will receive an instant confirmation email from Viator, including all the details of your reservation. Step 2: Pre-Trip Communication Shortly after booking, you will receive a message from us via the Viator platform, reconfirming the details of your trip and providing the contact information of your assigned driver. Please note that this stop is subject to daylight hours and weather conditions. While the Tárcoles stop is included, any other additional stops are not part of the standard service but can be requested in advance for an extra fee. Step 5: Drop-Off Upon reaching your destination, whether it’s a hotel, private residence, or another location specified in your Viator booking, our driver will assist with unloading your luggage and ensure that you’re comfortably settled. The drop-off point can be any location within the service area as stipulated in the Viator listing.
